Common Areas and Flowerbeds
The Board of Directors has allowed homeowners the responsibility to care for the flowerbed outside your condominium. You are not allowed to plant outside of the flowerbed. Neither the lawn company nor the association take responsibility for any plants (or other items) located outside of your designated flowerbed that is damaged. Replacement costs for damaged items outside the flowerbed will be at your expense. Written permission must be submitted to remove/change any plants on the common grounds, including the flowerbeds. The exception is that permission is not required to plant flowers within the defined flowerbed directly outside your unit. However, bushes/shrubs and trees cannot be altered without Board approval of your written submission. All bushes will be trimmed once or twice a year by the lawn care company. Overall, the goal is to improve the appearance of the community.

(For more specific regulations regarding the common grounds, please see the "Rules and Regulations" document.)

If you wish to make any alterations or additions to the common area, including its appearance, please complete the "Exterior Alteration or Landscaping Application Form".
